Keb’ Mo’ LIVE – That Hot Pink Blues Album Available NOW
New Live Release Receives Rave Reviews

(Nashville, Tenn. – April 15, 2016) – The latest project, Keb’ Mo’ LIVE – That Hot Pink Blues Album, from Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, guitarist and contemporary blues artist Keb’ Mo’ is now available for download via Kind of Blue Music/RED Distribution on iTunes, Amazon and Officially released today, April 15, the album has already made it into the hands of music critics and is already receiving rave reviews.

PopMatters music editor describes, “That Hot Pink Blues Album‘s biggest accomplishment is the mere reality that it plays like more of a victory lap than it does a cash grab – Hot pink? Hot damn!”

The Daily Vault published, “Keb’ Mo’ is one of the most authentic and appealing performers of his generation, and that’s why a double-live album from him is such an unqualified joy.”

BlackGrooves wrote, That Hot Pink Blues Album shows how Keb’ Mo’s blues foundation has merged with R&B, jazz, Americana, and pop to create an accessible, polished, and perhaps even androgynous blues style.

Recorded throughout the past year while on tour, and produced by Mo’s band mate and Grammy nominated producer, Casey Wasner, the double-disc album features 16 live-recorded songs from Mo’s extensive catalog. Captured in nine different cities, Mo’ is backed by keyboardist Michael B. Hicks, bassist Stan Sargeant (Leonard Cohen, Barry Manilow, Al Jarreau) and drummer Casey Wasner.

Working closely in the studio to choose just the right tracks, Mo’, Wasner and sound engineer/mixer, Aaron Hedden, forged a very special bond. Together, they lovingly chose a collection of songs that pays homage to an illustrious 21-year career in the music business, and it gleans stellar live cuts from many albums in Mo’s catalog. Several of the tracks are off his most recent album, BLUESAmericana, which garnered Mo’ a 2015 Blues Music Award from the Blues Foundation for Best Contemporary Blues Album, three 2015 Grammy award nominations including Best Americana Album, and multiple other achievements.

A portion of the proceeds from the album will be donated to Playing For Change, an organization that seeks to inspire, connect, and bring peace to the world through music by building music schools worldwide. Playing For Change has already supported the development of twelve schools, including in Mali, Thailand, Nepal, Brazil, South Africa and more.Mo’ has been involved with the organization since its inception. He has been featured in many related videos and events to help attend to the children’s human and artistic necessities and unite them through inspiration rather than devastation. The show is presented by Visa Signature®.

The show
Inspired by James Cameron’s
AVATAR, TORUK – The First Flight transports you to the world of Pandora in a visually stunning live setting. Experience a storytelling odyssey through a new world of imagination, discovery, and possibility.

Through a riveting fusion of cutting-edge visuals, puppetry and stagecraft buoyed by a soaring cinematic score, Cirque du Soleil applies its unique signature style to James Cameron’s imaginary world and “makes the bond” between two kindred artistic visions that capture the imagination.

This live immersive experience also bears the distinct signature of directors and multimedia innovators Michel Lemieux and Victor Pilon. It is a living ode to the Na’vi’s symbiotic coexistence with nature and their belief in the basic interconnectedness of all living things.

Narrated by a “Na’vi Storyteller” and populated by unforgettable characters, TORUK – The First Flight is a mythical tale set thousands of years before the events depicted in the film AVATAR, and before any humans ever set foot on Pandora.

When a natural catastrophe threatens to destroy the sacred Tree of Souls, Ralu and Entu, two Omaticaya boys on the brink of adulthood, fearlessly decide to take matters into their own hands. Upon learning that Toruk can help them save the Tree of Souls, they set out, together with their newfound friend Tsyal, on a quest high up in the Floating Mountains to find the mighty red and orange predator that rules the Pandoran sky. Prophecy is fulfilled when a pure soul rises among the clans to ride Toruk for the first time and save the Na’vi from a terrible fate.

(Nashville, Tenn. – April 8, 2016) Founder of The Johnny Cash Museum, Bill Miller, with his wifeShannon, have revealed preliminary details to open a museum honoring the late, great Patsy Cline. The venture will be entirely funded and operated by the Miller family organization and construction is scheduled to begin in June.

“Of all the artists in the history of country music, few are as recognized and as recognizable as Patsy Cline. Despite the fact that she passed decades ago, her impact and presence are every bit as big today as ever. She has transcended generations and genres and is indisputably the greatest and most influential female country music artist of all time. She’s a true icon deserving of her own museum. Her fans from around the globe will have a place to come and celebrate her life and legacy. It’s a pleasure and an honor to be working with Patsy’s children on this world-class museum project,” Bill Miller said on behalf of the future attraction.

Julie Fudge, Patsy Cline’s daughter adds, “I am very happy to speak on behalf of my brothers, Randy and Chip and in honor of the legacy of my mother Patsy Cline.  Since the passing of our father last fall, this is our first step together in continuing to share Mom’s music, life and story, as we feel Dad would have. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with and experience what Bill will present to old and new fans alike.”

To span several thousand square feet located directly above the Johnny Cash Museum in the heart of downtown Nashville (119 Third Ave.), the exhibits will feature interactive cutting-edge audio and touch screen video technology. The family of Patsy Cline are currently furnishing many never-before-seen pieces from their personal archive allowing the museum to host the largest collection of rare Patsy Cline artifacts in the world; including many of Patsy Cline’s personal possessions, costumes, awards, letters, furniture and photographs.

“I’m grateful for Bill Miller’s leadership in helping to preserve and showcase Nashville’s history, and I’m looking forward to visiting the new museum and learning more about the remarkable life and career of Patsy Cline,” said Mayor Megan Barry.

The “Walking After Midnight” singer was a crucial part of the 1960s sound and broke barriers in Nashville as the first female to successfully record and chart “cross-over” pop hits while mirroring the iconic level of stardom of her male peers Jim Reeves, Johnny Cash, and Elvis Presley before the infamous plane crash that took her life too soon.

To receive additional information, hi-res images, or to schedule an interview with founder Bill Miller, please contact AristoPR at or 615-269-7071.
