About American Young: American Young is comprised of songwriter/musician, Kristy Osmunson, and songwriter/producer, Jon Stone, who are complete opposites when it comes to personality, but come together to create hauntingly beautiful music stemmed solely from their own personal experiences. Both are established songwriters in their own right and wrote 11 out of the 12 tracks on their debut album, AY.

Platinum-Selling Recording Artist, Jamie O’neal Signs with Sawyer and Garner Management and Buddy Lee Attractions

(Nashville, Tenn. – November 16, 2017) Platinum-selling recording artist and hit songwriter, Jamie O’Neal has signed with Sawyer and Garner Management (who also represents Tanya Tucker) and Buddy Lee Attractions as she prepares to launch a new album in the first quarter of 2018.

O’Neal became a household name in 2000 with her back-to-back #1 singles, “There Is No Arizona” and “When I Think About Angels.” With multiple hits that followed, including “Shiver,” “Trying To Find Atlantis” and “Somebody’s Hero,” O’Neal was on fire. She earned numerous career accolades (including multiple Grammy nominations), won Academy of Country Music Awards and Billboard Awards and appeared on national television shows Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with David Letterman, among many others. Her voice was also heard internationally in major motion pictures, including Bridget Jones’s Diary, on ABC’s Desperate Housewives and in commercials.

While she has penned most of the songs for her own albums, O’Neal has also written hits for such notable artists as Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, CeCe Winans, Idina Menzel, among others. She has toured with Reba McEntire, Keith Urban, and Kylie Minogue.

O’Neal gained heightened industry respect when she was chosen by producers as the most powerful vocalist in Country music to perform in place of Celine Dion in the major motion picture film, Bridget Jones’s Baby. She was then once again selected to perform with Carrie Underwood when Underwood won American Idol and needed the perfect duet partner to introduce her to the Country music world. O’Neal and Underwood’s duet of “Does He Love You” made the list of “CMT’s 100 Greatest Duets.”

Sawyer and Garner commented, “Jamie O’Neal is a groundbreaking artist that was undoubtedly ahead of her time when she took over country radio. Her signature sound, which is extremely current and commercial, can be heard in the voices of today’s biggest female artists. Jamie’s hits are internationally recognized, and her songs as a songwriter have been cut from Reba, Martina McBride, to Idina Menzel. We are thrilled to be working with such an outstanding talent and amazing person. Many exciting things are ahead for this award-winning songbird!”

Currently, O’Neal is in the studio putting finishing touches on her new music. Dates will soon be announced for her 2018 North American Tour.

Mike Meade, of Buddy Lee Attractions added,“We are thrilled to add Jamie O’Neal to the BLA family. We have not come across a single buyer who does not love her for not only her vocal ability but also her interaction with her fans. Jamie sounds just as good, if not better than she did when ‘There Is No Arizona’ first hit the airwaves. Follow-Up Single, “Wants What It Wants,” Off Debut

(Nashville, Tenn. – November 13, 2017) – Country duo, Indigo Summer, released the music video for their second single, “Wants What It Wants,” off their self-titled debut album. The duo, comprised of Bryan Edwards and Hope Nix, think of this single as their signature song. Listen to “Wants What It Wants” here.

When Hope and I wrote this song, it was when we first started out as a duo, I don’t think we even had a name yet. “Wants What It Wants” has a little bit of everything that Indigo Summer represents. I think it’s one of the most emotional songs that we have, I feel it every time we sing it, and it’s been a fan favorite ever since we added it to our set.” Says Edwards.

With the release of the new single, Indigo Summer followed up with the release of their music video for “Wants What It Wants.” View the music video here.
Filming this video was an intense experience. Since the song is dark and moody, Bryan and I wanted to emulate those emotions in our performance, putting our acting skills to the test. It was a long and tiring night of filming, but I think Stephen Byrum, our videographer, captured everything we wanted and I’m proud of how it turned out.” Says Nix.
The duo is excited about the release of the new single and the music video and they are continuing to build the buzz surrounding their album release. The members of Indigo Summer are proud to have co-written all twelve songs on their debut album, produced by Indigo Summer’s own Bryan Edwards and David Dorn.
About Indigo Summer: Indigo Summer is taking country fans by storm with their self-titled debut release. Featuring all original songs co-written by the duo, Bryan Edwards and Hope Nix, the full-length album is sure to add a fresh and exciting sound to country music.  Meeting at a songwriter’s night at Nashville’s famed Hotel Indigo in December of 2010 (hence part of the duo’s name), Hope and Bryan quickly hit it off with their musical similarities. The two began writing together and from those sessions, their partnership grew to include performing and producing together.
As solo artists, they have performed across the country and opened for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, and Charlie Daniels. As songwriters, they have had numerous cuts and TV placements, including songs recorded by Jason Aldean and featured on the Discovery Channel.

Sound Healthcare & Financial Announces Unprecedented True Group Health Insurance Plan with Nashville Musicians Association

(Nashville, Tenn. – November 13, 2017) Nashville-based insurance and music healthcare advocacy organization, Sound Healthcare & Financial (SH & F), has announced the formation of a true group health insurance policy plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, that is exclusively available for members of the Nashville Musicians Association, AFM Local 257 and only available through SH & F.

Sound Healthcare & Financial Founder and CEO, RJ Stillwell, comments, “What we’ve been able to accomplish for our music community has never been done before.  Outside the ACA Individual Marketplace, which is significantly diminishing in terms of participating carriers and networks, the only two ways in which one generally becomes insured is through an employer’s group policy or through a self-insured group. Those plans, however, are not typically available to music professionals as over 78% are self-employed.“

Through months of effort leveraging industry relationships, Sound Healthcare & Financial has achieved a fully insured ACA compliant True Group plan that is now available for musicians and industry professionals who are members of the union.

Stillwell continued, “Although we’ve been providing musicians, artists, and songwriters innovative healthcare solutions for over 10 years, this is, without question, the most monumental achievement for our music community in our company’s history.”

Nashville Musicians Association President, Dave Pomeroy, comments, “Upon my election as President of AFM Local 257 in 2008, one of the first calls I made was to R.J. Stillwell about providing healthcare information and assistance to our members. Sound Healthcare has been a great partner for us since then, and has saved our members a lot of money. This new group plan takes things to a whole new level, and we are very excited to be on the cutting edge of such an important issue.”

About Sound Healthcare & Financial: In 2006, as referenced in CMA Close Up, Kix Brooks (Brooks & Dunn), who was serving on the CMA Board at the time, sparked an important conversation about how to bring the music community and Vanderbilt Medical Center together to address the complex challenge of achieving affordable health insurance for CMA members. This proposition proved to be far more difficult than planned; however, after several false starts, RJ Stillwell, a musician and producer with over 25 years of experience as an advocate in other areas, such as education and lifestyle with an active lobbying presence on Capitol Hill, was suggested as the person to get it done.  Stillwell pooled resources and architected a private label insurance program – a first for the music industry – establishing CMA Sound Healthcare.

In 2008, Sound Healthcare began advocating for additional music associations including the Nashville Music Association, AFM Local 257. In 2014, Sound Healthcare expanded services to include Long Term Care, Disability, ID Theft Protection, Life Insurance and Wealth Creation and Preservation Strategies, at which time a new entity emerged: Sound Healthcare & Financial. SH & F provides best-in-class protection plans for the creative community and has earned a stellar reputation, as the music industry’s most trusted healthcare advocate.

Enrollment in the Nashville Musicians Sound Healthcare Plan is exclusively available through Sound Healthcare & Financial. For more information, please visit www.SoundHealthcare.org or contact 615.256.8667 / info@soundhealthcare.org.

Tyler Reese Tritt Emerges On Music Scene with Debut Single, “Perfect”

SHOWS MUSICAL ROOTS OF TRITT FAMILY TREE

Hi-Res Version – Available Here

AVAILABLE HERE ON ITUNES

(Nashville, Tenn. – November 3, 2017) – Tyler Reese Tritt, the daughter of Country Music hit maker, Travis Tritt, has emerged on the music scene for the release of her debut single, “Perfect.”  Released today through Post Oak Recordings, the song is now available at all digital retailers and streaming services.

Produced by Jesse Owen Astin and co-written by Astin, Adam Folsom, and Dionne Osborne, “Perfect” is a song about a young couple’s first romance that started as best of friends.

“My goal for this song is for people to be able to relate,” commented Tyler. “I want everyone to hear it and say, ‘that reminds me of my first love.’  I hope it takes people back to their senior year of high school and reminds them of all those feelings during their last homecoming; the sadness, the awkwardness and the excitement of living in that perfect moment and never wanting it to end.  That’s what I hope people will take away from this song.”

Tyler’s first foray into music came in 2012 with a duet with her Dad; a revival of the classic Don Henley and Patty Smyth hit, “Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough.”  Then 14 years of age, Tyler impressed listeners with her beautifully rich voice, proving the musical roots grow deep in the Tritt family tree.  To date, the YouTube video of their duet has received over 5 million views.

Understanding and respecting the rich musical legacy established by her father, Tyler has worked hard over the last couple of years developing her own musical identity and co-writing great songs.  Tyler spent part of her summer opening up for her Dad, entertaining thousands at festivals and venues across the country.

“Music means everything to me.  It’s all I’ve ever known.  I’ve chosen to pursue it because I loved the way I felt when I was on stage singing, even at such a young age.  I love the energy of the crowd and their reactions.  It’s an adrenaline rush for sure!” said Tyler.

Many Travis Tritt fans have enjoyed watching the little girl they saw grow-up onstage with her Dad, now share the spotlight with him.

Tyler will continue touring with her Dad through the end of the year, including on November 4 in Tunica, MS and December 3 in Montgomery, AL. For more details and other confirmed dates, visit
