Distribution-Only Services

• Video clips distributed via format-specific targeted video outlets including national and regional video outlets, closed circuit / pools and targeted Internet destinations.

Full Promotion Services

• Full distribution, promotion and tracking for 12 weeks or the life of the clip.
• Regular communication with key video outlets to ascertain video receipt, airplay status, viewer reaction and examine potential opportunities for additional exposure.
• Tracking reports highlight targeted outlets, adds, and programmer/viewer responses. Reports facilitate cross-referencing for sales and promotion purposes. We can also provide corresponding Wal-Mart store numbers for regional outlet markets.
• Distribute media kits, ids, electronic press kits (EPKs) for use within production as well as promotional products for giveaways to video outlets.
• Provide outlets up-to-date artist media information via email
• Digital distribution capabilities include servicing a regularly updated group of top Internet video destinations. We handle encoding and distribution as well as provide stats and feedback

• Targeted product awareness campaigns designed to include: product, merchandise, ticket giveaways and promotional interviews.

• Schedule artist interviews and tour press along with video campaign. We can support artist tours with ticket giveaways, interviews and co-host opportunities in conjunction with the record label’s marketing efforts.
• Street Week Promotions
• Design marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance an album release, coinciding with a current music video.
• Targeted outlets are determined by production quality, market coverage, radio/internet tie-in and interview capability.
• During the specified promotional period, targeted outlets are encouraged to make on-air mentions, utilize the album graphics and promotional bumpers, along with other visual elements including artist liners, behind the scenes, interview, and EPK footage.
• We facilitate the process by handling all of the administrative responsibilities and materials distribution.

Greatest Hits Promotions

• Anticipating a Greatest Hits release, we get video outlets on board to promote the project while enhancing recurrent airplay and driving catalog sales.
• Based on the tracks on your Greatest Hits package, we create a compilation reel. Inclusion of artist liners, album artwork, b-roll or EPK footage on the video reel give programmers a variety of material to work with in order to build a Greatest Hits Special.
